Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Sports Content Playbook (“SCP”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Sport Content Playbook LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, with its registered address at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States and U.S. Employer Identification Number (EIN) 61-2272435. You can reach us at info@sportscontentplaybook.com.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website sportscontentplaybook.com and the SCP platform. By creating an account, starting a trial or subscribing, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use SCP on behalf of a club, agency or other organization, you confirm that you can accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. The service

SCP helps sports organizations, content creators and marketing teams find content ideas. Depending on your plan, it includes:

  • Content Library: a searchable collection of publicly available social media posts from sports accounts, with filters, categories and saved boards.
  • AI analyses: automated breakdowns of individual posts (hook, why it works, format, angle and how to adapt it).
  • Content Plan: tools to organize your own editorial calendar.
  • Social News and newsletters about social media platforms.

What each plan includes is described on the pricing page at the time you subscribe.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate information when you sign up.
  • Your account is personal. Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Each account may be used on up to two devices. Sharing an account between several people is not allowed — contact us for team access.
  • Tell us straight away at info@sportscontentplaybook.com if you think your account has been accessed without permission.

4. Plans, trials and billing

Prices and currency

Prices are shown on the pricing page in euros and include VAT where applicable. If your card is in another currency, your bank or card issuer converts the amount at its own exchange rate and may charge its own fees.

Free trial

Some plans start with a free trial. A valid payment card is required to start a trial, but nothing is charged during it. One free trial is available per person or organization. If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, your subscription continues automatically as a paid subscription and the first charge is made when the trial ends. We send you a reminder before your trial ends.

Billing dates

  • Monthly plans renew on the 1st of every month (Madrid, Spain time). If your subscription — or your trial — ends on another day, your first charge only covers the days remaining until the 1st of the next month (a prorated amount calculated by our payment provider), and from then on you are charged the full monthly price on the 1st of each month.
  • Yearly plans renew every year on the date your paid subscription started.

Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment provider, Stripe, to charge your payment method for each renewal and for any amount due under these Terms.

Changes of plan

Upgrades apply immediately; you pay the prorated difference for the rest of the current period and your renewal date doesn’t change. Downgrades and changes from yearly to monthly apply at the end of the period you have already paid. Before you confirm any change, we show you the amount that will be charged.

Discount codes

Discount codes apply only under the conditions stated with them (plans, currency, duration and number of uses), cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined unless stated.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we and Stripe will try again over the following days and let you know so you can update your card. Access to paid features may be suspended if the payment can’t be collected. Your account and saved content are kept.

Price changes

We may change our prices. Price changes never apply to a period you have already paid. If the price of your current subscription changes, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance and you can cancel before the new price applies.

Payments and invoices

Payments are processed by Stripe. SCP never sees or stores your full card details. Invoices are available in Account → Billing & membership. Companies can add their VAT or tax number at checkout.

5. Cancellation and refunds

  • You can cancel at any time from Account → Billing & membership. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (or at the end of your free trial): you keep access until then and you won’t be charged again.
  • If you cancel during a free trial, nothing is charged.
  • Except where the law says otherwise, payments are non-refundable and we don’t refund partial billing periods.
  • Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom have a 14-day right of withdrawal from a distance contract. Because SCP gives you access to the service straight away, by starting a paid subscription you ask us to begin providing it immediately. If you withdraw within 14 days of your first payment, we will refund it minus an amount proportionate to the service already provided. To withdraw, write to info@sportscontentplaybook.com.
  • Cancelling doesn’t delete your account. Your saved boards and content plans remain available if you subscribe again. You can ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

6. AI analyses

  • Plans with AI include a number of analyses per month, which reset every month and don’t carry over. During a free trial a smaller number may be included.
  • Unlocking an analysis uses one of your analyses, whether the analysis is generated at that moment or was already available. Opening an analysis you have already unlocked is free.
  • Extra analysis packs are one-time purchases, can only be used with a plan that includes AI, don’t expire while your account exists and are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • AI analyses are generated automatically and may contain mistakes. They are suggestions for inspiration, not professional, legal or commercial advice — check them before relying on them.

7. Third-party content

The Content Library shows posts that were published publicly by their authors on third-party platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook and LinkedIn, together with information about them (for example, the account, date, format and categories). These posts, and the names, logos and crests that appear in them, belong to their respective owners. SCP is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by these clubs, competitions, athletes, brands or platforms.

Logos and trademarks. The names, logos and crests of clubs, competitions, brands and other organizations shown in SCP (for example, next to a filter or a post) are used only to identify those organizations and the content related to them, in good faith and in a way that does not suggest any connection with them. They come from public sources, such as the organizations’ own official social media profiles, Wikimedia Commons and public logo directories. All of them are trademarks or works of their respective owners; SCP claims no rights over them, does not sell or license them and does not use them to promote its own products. Their presence in SCP does not mean that their owners endorse, sponsor or are associated with SCP.

SCP shows this content for reference, research and inspiration. Your subscription doesn’t give you any right to copy, republish or commercially use third-party posts, images, videos or trademarks; if you want to reuse them, you need permission from their owners. To show the library we keep a cover image of each post on our servers; when you play or open a post inside SCP, it is served by the original platform, whose own terms and privacy policy apply.

If you own content, a logo or a trademark shown in SCP and want it removed or replaced, write to info@sportscontentplaybook.com with a link to it or its name and we will remove it promptly, including any copy stored on our servers.

8. Your content

You keep all rights to the content you add to SCP, such as your content plans, notes, boards and profile information. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • copy, scrape, download in bulk, resell or redistribute the Content Library or AI analyses, or use them to build a competing product or to train AI models;
  • share your account or bypass plan limits, usage limits or security measures;
  • use SCP to break the law or the rights of others, or to send spam;
  • interfere with the service, test its vulnerabilities or access it with automated means without our written permission.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

10. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep SCP available and accurate, but we can’t guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a given post will remain available (authors can delete their posts). We may improve, change or remove features. If we remove a main feature of your plan during a paid period, you can cancel and we will refund the unused part of that period.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SCP is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, Sport Content Playbook LLC won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to SCP is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or the rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

12. Termination

You can stop using SCP and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, if required by law, or if we stop offering the service; in that last case we will refund any prepaid amount for the period after termination.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The courts located in Wyoming have jurisdiction over any dispute, except that if you are a consumer living in the European Union or the United Kingdom you can also bring a claim in the courts where you live, and you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you by e-mail or in the platform at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you don’t agree, you can cancel before then. The current version is always available on this page.
